     Every time our team member visit your home, you are welcome to specify what you would like to get done. You can prepare
     a list of duties has to be done, we will happy to assist you.

     We use non toxic house hold cleaners only.The traditional cleaners are very toxic and these are dangerous of every day
     use.We are fully responsible for our customers and our team health.That is way we would like to avoid any hazardous
     materials.
     
     What are the qualifications of Shine Home Cleaning crew members?
     
     All team members are experienced cleaning personals, who bring to our company a lot of years of experiences.They have
     good references and referrals. Our new candidates must completed our training session. Those who successfully completed our      training, will be choose to be our new team members.

   How many people we send into your home?  
     
   Only one person we send of your house, but if you prefer more help, we can arranged for you.

   Do I have to pay more if I order more person to clean my place?

   Yes, If you like to order more people than one, we charge double prices.

     If I like some one work, could I keep that person for regularly?

     If you have decided you would like to keep some one (from our crew) for regular cleaning services, you have the first priority to      do so, if that person has no other responsibility in anywhere else yet.

     Our company crew members are bounded?

     Our crew members are bonded, and they are already prove in trusty individuals who can take fully responsibility of
     their actions.

   What about our rates and prices?

     Please, considering that our prices can go upward or downward, depending on your house/apartment size and conditions.

   Do I have to use this service regularly?

     Absolutely not. If you want to use the service occasionally, please, do so.

   Are you charge more for pet in the house?

     We do not charge more, but if the job last longer, because you have too much cat or dogi hear to clean up, you just have to
     pay the additional extra hour or half hour it takes.

   How and when can I make the payment?

     The payment for residential cleaning is paid on a service day, when the job done .You can pay with cash or check. (We accept checks      from regular customers who signed in for a regular services, for three months or call us back regulary. Commercial cleaning is      could be pay for every second weeks or monthly, on check.

   How we pay our crew members?

     We pay our crew members with a respectable pay to require them to be proffessionals in every aspects of their duty.
