Welcome to Shine Home Cleaning Company, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialized cleaning (e.g., carpet or upholstery cleaning). Details of specific services will be provided at the time of booking.

Booking and Payment

All services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. You are responsible for ensuring access to your property during the scheduled time. Payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include [insert accepted payment methods]. Late payments may incur additional fees.

 

Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least [insert timeframe, e.g., 24 hours] in advance. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure the property is safe and accessible for our staff. All valuables and fragile items should be secured before the cleaning appointment. Please inform us of any special instructions, restrictions, or concerns prior to the service.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is a priority. If you are unhappy with the service, notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will assess the issue and may provide a re-clean or alternative resolution.

Liability and Damages

We strive to handle your property with care. In the rare event of damage caused by our team, please report it within 24 hours of the service. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the item, not exceeding the cost of the cleaning service.

 

For health and safety reasons, we use industry-standard cleaning products. If you have allergies or sensitivities, inform us in advance so alternative products can be arranged.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of non-payment, unsafe or unsanitary conditions, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff.

SMS Terms & Conditions

1. SMS Consent Communication:

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
 

2. Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from us, you may receive messages related to the following :

-Appointment reminders
-Follow-up messages
-Billing inquiries


Example: "Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment at [Location] on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time."

3. Message Frequency:
You may receive up to 7 SMS messages about  your booking  per week.


4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from us in the following ways:

6. Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

7. Help:

If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us at the contact page.
 

Additional Options:

If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.
